This website uses themes and fonts created by Eric Lawler, who graciously made them available under the MIT license. I first came across these themes in a Hacker News post. It has some intersting comemnts on website readability.
I use Jekyll to generate the site. It is hosted and published using GitHub Pages. You can find the content available in my GitHub account.

The rest of the textual content is licensed under Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0) unless explicitly noted otherwise. Other files (e.g., images, pdfs) might have different ownership and license constraints.
